Sergey Bezborodov Q-tec

Q-tec won the tender and signed the General Contractor Agreement to build the multifunctional transport junction “Planernaya”. The main task set out for Q-tec is to perform within the shortest possible timeframe construction, engineering and decoration works that would make the building ready for exploitation by the end of 2009. This facility is one of the key junctions of the entire transportation network of the North-Western administrative district of Moscow; the construction process is overseen by the Moscow Government. In the atmosphere of the global crisis this victory is especially significant and demonstrates the company’s professionalism, its impeccable reputation and ability to work in hostile conditions.
