1. On 9 September preliminary commissioning of 5 Molochny project took place. The project team completed works right on time. Due to efficient organization, quality control and general discipline at every stage of the project we were able to demonstrate high quality of works.

5 Molochny Project: The project is a town house of architectural and historical value. The main task was to preserve the current image of the building, while introducing best architectural trends and state-of-the-art engineering technologies: exclusive interior design from Marat Ka, complex of design elements, crystal roof, microclimate, sophisticated security system, swimming pool, turntable in the garage, etc. Q-tec’s status – General Contractor with turnkey liability.
